Once your order is fulfilled you may track your package by using the tracking number sent to your email.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Rush Delivery orders are prioritized and generally ship faster. Any order placed after 8:00 am EST may not be processed until the NEXT business day (So, if you place an order on Friday at 10:00am EST or later, it may not be processed until Monday morning). Weekends and US holidays are not counted as business days.
Shipping times cannot be guaranteed. Delivery delays can occur due to weather, carrier errors or other factors beyond our control.
Once your package leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible for it unless it is due to our own negligence.
We are not responsible for any lost packages if the tracking says “delivered”. Please check with your mailman, neighbors, stairwells, mailbox, delivery rooms, or door man for misplaced packages.
You are responsible for any duties & taxes imposed at your country's border. We have no control over duties & taxes imposed and cannot predict what they may be. We are not responsible for clearance of your package at your Country’s border. For more information we suggest you contact your local customs office before ordering.
If you deny the delivery of a package due to customs fees, your package will be considered abandoned, and you will receive NO refund.
Please be aware that your order can only ship to the billing address of your credit card.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying trackable shipping for returning an item. Please consider using shipping insurance when returning an item.
Returns & Warranty Policy
For the safety of our tattooing and permanent makeup communities all sales are considered final. No exchanges are accepted.
Due to the nature of our sterile products, we only accept returns if the products are defective or damaged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Our policy lasts 30 days, no exceptions.
Pigments, blades, and needles as well as other types of goods are not eligible for return. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
The original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible to pay all shipping costs to return the product back to us.
Bomtech machines come with a complete one-year warranty if it has been used with all the original needles, cartridges, power, and cords. If we detect that the machine has been used with no original parts or has been dropped or damaged your warranty will be voided. Please call us so we can help you troubleshoot your machine. If the troubleshooting is unsuccessful, we will instruct you on how you can return the product for repair and/or replacement.
