RETURNS & WARRANTY POLICY
Returns of Products:
We care for your satisfaction and will do what we can to make sure you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason or has a defective product, you can return the item to us. Returned items must be in sellable, original, undamaged and unopened condition, within 30 days of the date of purchase for a prompt refund. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type once the returned item arrives at our location. Refunds for items returned with more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. Note that the original shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and you are responsible to pay all shipping costs to return the product back to us. We are not responsible for lost packages that were meant to be sent to us. Make sure to send your package with tracking# and Signature required if you can.
Returns of Machines and Warranty:
Please use ORIGINAL ONLY needles, cartridges, power and cords on your machines. If we detect that the machine has been used with no original parts or has been dropped or damaged your warranty will be voided. Machines come with a complete one year warranty if it has been used with all the original parts. For repairs and/or replacements please call us so we can help you troubleshoot your machine over the phone. If the troubleshooting is unsuccessful we will provide you with a RMA# (Return of Merchandise Authorization) so you can return the machine to us or the manufacturer for repair and/or replacement. You are responsible for shipping the machine to us and/or the manufacturer for repair. Please understand that machines are usually very delicate devices and must be handled with care. We are unable to provide you with a loaner and highly recommend you to have a second machine available to you in case your main machine breaks down, as maintenance/repair of a broken device might take up to 10 business days. We are not responsible for any revenue losses you might incur during the time your machine is out for repairs and/or exchange.
